On January 3rd, 2023, SECO entered into a partnership with the GEO314 Group to expand its offerings for customers in the construction sector.

SECO acquired a majority stake in GEO314, while the company's historical shareholders and current management remain on board for the long term. SECO is delighted to embark on this new chapter in their respective histories. GEO314 is a service company specializing in geometry and 3D scanning. Their turnover in Luxembourg and Belgium amounts to 3.5 million Euros, with 35 employees.

SECO recognizes the shared complementary areas of expertise and how their services complement each other. As a result, SECO and GEO314 will leverage the knowledge, experience, and capabilities of each organization. They will jointly develop new services in the field of site monitoring using digital and partially automated approaches. This partnership allows SECO to offer its customers geometry checks and scan-to-BIM expertise from a single source.

SECO in Luxembourg now has 140 professionals serving the sector.

Both companies will maintain their respective identities and managers for their customers. They will work together with an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to provide enhanced expertise and innovation in the construction market!
