SECO Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to reinforce our recruitment department in our offices in Brussels.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for helping SECO Group find and retain excellent employees and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees to find qualified passive candidates
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative Duties and Record Keeping.
  • Manage employment lifecycle phases.

 

 

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field is required
  • At least 3 years of human resources experience required with proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding (1 of 2 years of corporate recruiting experience preferred)
  • A sharp eye for talented people
  • Excellent interpersonal and especially communication skills
  • Great language skills in Dutch, French, English
