Your role as Sales assistant
As sales assistant, you are an essential part of the inside support for sales activity. You are responsible for the establishment and the correct follow up of quotations and contracts. You contribute to streamline the communication flows with the external contractors and the business lines.

In cooperation with the Business Development Manager, you produce reports upon request and you give support for the presentations and the documentation. You also ensure a proper use of the CRM package.
- Experience as sales support or another administrative role is a plus
- Dutch with a good level of french
- Full understanding of Office tools
- Proactive and results driven, with good administrative skills and customer orientation
- You demonstrate a great flexibility and priority management and are a born team player
- Familiar with public markets is a plus
