Assignment
SECO had been appointed by BESIX to follow Air and Water tightness and Wind resistance tests on a 400m² prototype in Yuanda facilities and laboratory, to assess that the tests sequences have been correctly and fully respected and to certify the process of the tests.
SECO also audited the design office and the factory of Yuanda in order to improve weak procedures in design and manufacturing processes. Doing so, SECO has defined the weakest points of design and manufacturing procedures and has proposed improvements in order to facilitate the site works, reduce manufacturing and installation time, and  obtain the asked performances of the facades.
